I own a 1994 Kettler Forlines Rockwell on a 1/2 acre lot located in the TAMA subdivision of Poolesville, MD. I'm the original owner. The home is 2864 sq ft on two levels with a 1592 sq ft fully below grade basement with welled staircase outside entrance and 2 car attached garage. There are two separate HVAC systems, both utilize natural gas fired furnaces, Aprilaire space guard air filters, and VENMAR AVS DUO Energy Recovery Ventilators. The downstairs HVAC system has twin humidifiers and a soon to be installed central dehumidifier. The humidifiers are controlled by a Bryant Thermidistat, and the dehumidifier will also have a living space auto control. Send me your posts!
